Job Requirements & Expectations

We set high standards because our clients expect the best. All applicants must be prepared to meet the following baseline requirements:

  • Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 80+ lbs, work outdoors in heat/cold, and handle long days on demanding job sites.

  • Safety First: Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines; proper PPE required at all times.

  • Team Player: Strong communication and ability to work with foremen, operators, and crew members.

  • Equipment Skills: Experience operating skid steers, excavators, trenchers, compactors, or willingness to learn.

  • Flexibility: Must be able to work early mornings and occasional extended hours to meet project schedules.
